Evaluation for Highway Safety Based on Matter Element Analysis

公路交通安全评价是一个多目标、多属性的复杂问题。基于道路条件筛选影响公路交通安全的相关因素,构建公路交通安全评价指标体系。运用物元理论,建立公路交通安全评价模型,并运用该模型对云南某1级公路进行评价。评价结果表明,该物元模型可较好地给出交通安全等级评定结果,且能够较完整地反映公路交通安全的综合水平。

The evaluation for highway traffic safety is a complicated problem with multiple objects and multiple attributes. This paper establishes a evaluation index system for highway traffic safety by screening relevant factors influencing highway traffic safety basd on road conditions. The paper utilizes the matter element theory to establish an evaluation model for highway traffic safety and evaluates one first - class highway in Yunnan by means of this model. The eveluation result shows that this matter element model can better provide assessment results for traffic safety levels and can reflect comprehensive level of highway traffic safety in a rather complete way.
