技术惯域视角下企业持续创新动态过程研究——“南瑞继保”持续创新的纵向案例

Dynamic Process of Firm's Continuous Innovation from the Perspective of Technology Habitual Domain——Longitudinal Case Study on Innovation Process of NanRi-Relays Electric Co.,Ltd

与传统的技术创新过程相比,持续创新有着不同的创新过程,了解企业复杂的持续创新过程,是企业克服"成功陷阱"、"路径依赖"实现持续创新的关键。基于技术惯域理论,结合南瑞继保电气有限公司1995—2006年间技术创新相关的纵向案例,对企业持续创新过程进行了探索性研究。研究表明,持续创新过程是企业技术惯域不断演进的过程,其稳变性是持续创新的关键。建议企业应该不断丰富技术惯域,使其技术惯域保持稳变适度,进而提升企业持续创新能力。

Compared with traditional technology innovation process, continuous innovation has some distinctive features, in which understanding the complicated continuous innovation process is the key to overcome the ＂success trap＂ and ＂path dependence＂. Based on technology habitual domain theory and a longitudinal case study on innovation process of NanRi-Relays Electric Co. , Ltd. from 1995 to 2006, the author conducted an exploratory study on firm＇s continuous innovation process. It is found that, the process of continuous innovation is the evolution of technology habitual domain where steadiness serves as a critical facter. It is suggested that, firms should constantly enrich their technology habitual domains with appropriate steadiness, so as to enhance their continuous innovation capability.
