摘要
基于1997—2005年中国大陆29个省的面板数据,运用随机前沿生产函数研究了地区农业生产绩效的动态表现与地区差距。结果显示:东部地区农业技术效率显著高于中西部,但整体在1997—2005年间农业技术效率有所下降,农业技术效率区域差异是农业经济地区差距形成的最重要原因。在农业制度环境中,农村市场化程度、劳动力素质对农业技术效率呈现显著正效应,而农村金融发展却对技术效率呈现明显的阻滞作用。
Based on the panel data from 1997 to 2005 of 29 Chinese provinces, the stochastic frontier production function is adopted to study the dynamic performance and regional development gap of agricultural production. The results suggest that, concerning the decreased technical efficiency in overall performance from 1997 to 2005, the technical efficiency in eastern region is significantly higher than that in central and western regions, for which the gap in the technical efficiency of agriculture is the factor of atmost importance ; the degree of rural marketization and the labor quality has a significant positive effects on the technical efficiency in agriculture, while the financial development has an obvious retardation.
