摘要
创新型科技人才是以创新性为显著特点,具有较高科技创新和科技研发能力,通过参与科技创新或科技研发活动,为科技进步和社会发展做出重要贡献的人才。基于对创新和创新型科技人才的理解,提出在知识经济时代我国开发创新型科技人才及人才队伍的战略对策。
Featured by the innovativeness, innovative S＆T talents have abilities for high technology innovation and technology research and development and make important contributions to the development of society through their participation in technology innovation and technology research and development activities. Based on understanding of innovation and innovative S＆T talents, this paper advances the strategic countermeasures for developing innovative S＆T talents and talented workforce in the era of knowledge economy in our country.
