随着我国房地产建筑行业的迅猛发展,优质住宅已成为人们提升品质生活的标志,建筑电气工程管理工作越来越受到人们的重视。本文结合工程实际,对住宅电气工程容易出现的有关质量问题,提出一些在设计及施工中进行预防的措施,以求最大程度保证人们居住环境的安全。

With the rocketing development of real estate and architectural industry in our state,qualified residence has become a mark for people to raise their quality of life and increasingly importance has been attached to the management of residential electrical engineering.This article,based on practice,presents some preventive measures in the process of designing and construction concerning the quality matters that may likely happen in order to ensure the safety of residential environment to the greatest extent.
