摘要
目的研究银黄颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以绿原酸和黄芩苷为指标。结果金银花最佳提取工艺12倍水,石灰乳浓度为20%,硫酸浓度10%。黄芩最佳提取工艺8倍水,硫酸浓度10%,温度为70℃。结论该工艺稳定可行,显著优于原工艺。
Aim To study the best extraction process of Lonicera japonica Thunb and Scutellaria baicalensis from Yinhuang granules.Method Orthogonal design was used to evaluate the index of the chlorogenic acid and the baicalin.Results The extraction condition of Lonicera japonica Thunb is 12-fold amount of water,the 20% concentration of lime cream and the 10% concentration of sulfuric acid.The extraction condition of Scutellaria baicalensis is 8-fold amount of water,the 10% concentration of sulfuric acid and 70℃ of the temperature.Conclusion This production technology was reliable and better than the standard technology.
