顶空气相色谱法测定比阿培南的有机溶剂残留量

Determination of the residual organic volatile solvents in biapenem by gas chromatography with headspace sampling

目的测定比阿培南中有机溶剂残留量。方法采用顶空进样法测定,检测器为FID,色谱柱为SE-54毛细管柱,溶剂为5%二甲基亚砜水溶液。结果甲醇、乙醇、乙腈、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲酸乙酯、异丙醚、四氢呋喃、正丙醇线性关系r在0.9938～0.9994范围内;平均回收率在94.87%～105.66%范围内,RSD在2.11%～6.94%范围内(n=5)。结论该方法简单、准确、快捷,适用于测定比阿培南中有机溶剂残留量。

Aim To determine the residual organic volatile solvents in biapenem.Method The samples were injected by headspace sampler with FID detector.The determination was performed on a SE-54 GC column while 5% DMSO was used as solvent.Results The regression coefficients r in methanol,ethanol,acetonitrile,ethyl,methylene chloride,n-propanol,isopropyl ether,ethyl acetate,tetrahydrofuran were from 0.993 8 to 0.999 4.The recoveries were from 94.87% to 105.66% with RSD from 2.11% to 6.94%（n= 5） accordingly.Conclusion The methodology appeared to be simple,accurate and efficient,and can be used for the determination of the residual organic volatile solvents of biapenem.
