我院250例抗肿瘤药物的不良反应报告分析

250 adverse drug reaction reports of antineoplastics

目的该院抗肿瘤药物引起的不良反应,为深入开展药品不良反应监测工作提供依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对该院2007～2009年收集的250例抗肿瘤药物的不良反应报告表进行分析。结果在250例不良反应中,静脉滴注给药引发的药品不良反应为228例,占91.2%;生物碱类抗肿瘤药物引发的药品不良反应最多见,共62例,占24.8%;严重药品不良反应12例,占4.8%;消化系统损害最常见。结论临床应重视抗肿瘤药物引起的药品不良反应,及时发现,诊治和预防抗肿瘤药物不良反应。

Aim To analyze the adverse drug reaction（ADR） induced by antineoplastics in the Third People＇s Hospital of Bengbu city,in order to provide bases for further ADR monitoring.Methods A total of 250 ADR reported cases collected in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 250 ADR cases,228 ADR（91.2%） were caused by intravenous route of administration.62 ADR（24.8%） were induced by Alkaloids in antineoplastics.12 severe ADR（4.8%） were reported.And the digestive system lesions wese primary.Conclusion It is important to pay close attention to the ADR induced by antineoplastics.Discovering and treating is needed so as to prevent or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
