摘要
在R&D与经济增长问题的实证研究中,R&D资本存量是必不可少的变量之一。测算R&D资本存量需要确定初始R&D资本存量、折旧率、价格指数等相关参数。在合理设定上述参数的基础上,采用永续盘存法对我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的R&D资本存量进行了测算。结果表明,近年来各地区R&D资本存量的分布趋势大致未变,但东部地区较中西部地区的优势在扩大,而中西部地区各省(自治区、直辖市)之间差距不大。
R＆D capital stock is one of the essential variables in empirical research on R＆D and economic growth. Such parameters as initial R＆D capital stock, depreciation rate, price index must be determined first to measure R＆D capital stock according to perpetual inventory （stock） system. In the present study, the R＆D capital stock of 30 Chinese provinces was calculated. The results showed that recent years saw almost no change in R＆D distribution trends in regions, but the gap between the eastern regions and the western regions kept expanding while that between the central and western regions remained the same.
