针对新蒸馏拔头油泵机械密封因结焦而不断出现泄漏的问题进行分析,并通过相关的计算为结焦现象做出了解释。最后通过改造方案的选择提出了密封系统增加蒸汽背冷的改造方案,解决了该机械密封因结焦造成频繁泄漏的问题,达到了设备长周期运行的目的,产生了巨大的经济效益。

With respect to the leakage continually occurred in mechanical seal in oil lmmp, the cause was analyzed using relevant calculation. Then, the reform scheme of increasing steam cooling capacity in the seal system was proposed, by which the leakage prob- lem occurred in mechanical seal due to eoking was solved. The ohjective that the equipment can perform in long term has been reached so that great profit has been created.
