摘要
受到有限理性及其它诸多因素制约,物流组织无法依据自身比较利益的驱使,自觉向"产业集群式建构"演进,推动演进的主体仍是上层建筑。我国各级政府在提供物流产业集群的路径安排时,由于缺少对物流组织自身利益诉求的关注,使得路径安排表现为刚性化的特征,无法产生激励兼容的效果。因此,将物流组织的利益偏好,内生为集群建构过程中的动力机制,则是有效推动我国物流产业集群化的关键。
By bounded rationality and other factors restricting,logistics organization can compare profit according to oneself and to construct "evolution" industrial cluster,promote the evolution of the subject is still superstructure.Chinese governments provide logistics industry cluster in the path arrangements,due to the lack of logistics organization self-interest appeal,make arrangements for the rigid performance path of characteristic,cannot produce incentive compatibility effect.Therefore,the logistics organization,endogenous interest preference for constructing the driving mechanism of cluster,is our logistics industry cluster key.
