Research on Security and Safety in Distribution in Supply Chain Management

文中聚焦于供应链配送安全问题。从研究国际配送安全条例出发,通过分析配送目标、运作内容及潜在风险建立配送安全监管模型,探索企业供应链在执行过程中如何有效规避影响配送安全的企业内在及外部不可控因素,从而提高供应链整体运作效率,降低由于配送安全问题引起的企业供应链风险。

The article focuses on the security and safety in supply chain distribution.Started from the research concerning international security regulations and the analysis towards distribution targets,detailed activities as well as potential risks,Supply Chain Distribution Security Model（SCDSM） is made on the basis of the exploration of how enterprises could effectively avoid any negative influences on supply chain distribution so as to improve chain effectiveness and decrease the risk of distribution security in the whole supply chain.
