摘要
通过现场测试数据采集分析可知,日产液量、抽油机平衡、参数组合等都影响系统效率,而影响抽油机采油系统效率低的主要因素是单井的日产液量和有效功率,日产液量和有效功率受地层供液能力、井筒工况、地面设备等的影响,针对产液量低、系统能耗高、抽油机平衡率低等方面存在的问题,可以采取一定的措施提高抽油机井的系统效率。
Analysis of site-test data acquisition shows that system efficiency is determined by daily production rate,balance of beam-pumping unit and parameter combination,etc.However,the main factors affecting the system are that daily production rate per single well and effective power and daily production rate and effective power depend on layer's fluid production force,the hole conditions and ground facilities.According to the problems of low fluid production rate,high energy consumption in the system and bad balance of beam-pumping unit,some measures may be taken to enhance the system efficiency of rod-pumped wells.
