摘要
在新的历史时期,企业劳资管理部门要真正贯彻落实"以人为本、依法治企"的方略,就必须树立维权的新理念,探索维权的新途径,丰富维权的新内容。在维护企业总体利益的同时,也要维护好广大职工群众的合法权益,实现人力资源的合理开发与利用,充分调动企业全体员工的积极性,为企业的物质生产和经营活动提供原动力。
Under the new historical period,as the labor and capital administrative department of enterprise,implementing the strategy of ruling enterprise with a law based on people first requires setting up new idea for rights protection,exploring new way of it and enriching new content for it.The author advocates well safeguarding lawful rights and interests of workers and staff while maintaining overall benefit of enterprise,rationally developing and using human resource,and fully arousing their enthusiasm to provide motive power for enterprise's material production and business operations.
