赣榆县医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

Monitoring and analysis on disinfection of medical institutions in ganyu county

目的了解赣榆县各级医疗机构消毒质量情况,加强医疗机构感染管理和控制水平。方法采用现场抽样检测方法,对县、镇、村三级医疗机构7个项目消毒质量进行监测。结果监测2 310份样品,合格率为72.94%。室内空气合格率最低为56.49%,生物指示剂合格率最高为100%;城区医疗单位合格率高于镇、村二级医疗单位,村级卫生室消毒质量不容乐观。结论赣榆县医疗机构消毒质量较好,但不同监测项目合格率存在不平衡,空气、卫生人员手、物体表面消毒质量有待提高。

Objective To know the disinfection quality situation in medical institutions of Ganyu county,improve nosocomial infection management and control level.Method On-the-spot sampling method was used to monitor the disinfection quality of seven items in three levels of medical institutions.Results 2 310 samples were monitored.The average eligible rate was 72.94%.The eligible rate of indoor air was the lowest,about 58.49%,and the eligible rate of biological indicator was 100%.Medical institutions eligible rate in county was better than towns and village＇s,the disinfection quality of villages was bad.Conclusions The disinfection quality situation in Ganyu county was better,but the eligible rate of different monitoring items were unbalanced.The disinfection quality of indoor air,hands of the medical personnel and surface should be improved.
