本文对公共场所卫生监督存在的问题,主要包括:执法主体发生变化、适用范围不能适应公共场所发展、行业内部交叉法规规定不明确、公共场所卫生标准不够完善以及行政处罚额度不合适等主要问题进行阐述并对其提出相应对策。

This paper discusses the problems exit in public hygiene supervision and proposed appropriate countermeasures.The problems include that enforcement body has changed,applied scope is unable to relate to public place development,cross-regulations are not clear,public health standard is inadequate,administrative penalty is unsuitable and so on.
