军队医院老年病房护士职业认同感及其相关因素分析

Professional Identity and Its Related Factors in Nurses in Geriatric Ward in Military Hospital

目的了解军队医院老年病房护士的职业认同水平,并探讨其相关因素。方法采用护士职业认同评定量表对解放军总医院老年病房的190名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果老年病房护士的职业认同总均分为(3.15±0.62)分,处于中等水平。各因子得分中,以职业社会支持得分最高,为(3.48±0.63)分;职业认知评价得分最低,为(2.78±0.79)分。逐步多元回归分析显示,第一学历、家人态度及婚姻状况进入最终回归方程,是影响护士职业认同感各因子的主要因素。结论军队医院老年病房护士的职业认同感处于中等水平,加强护理专业学生的在校教育以及增进家人对护士所从事护理工作的理解等可有助于护士职业认同感的提高。

Objective To determine the professional identity level and related factors of nurses in the geriatric ward in military hospital.Methods A total of 190 nurses in the geriatric ward of General Hospital of PLA were investigated with nursing professional identity scale.Results The total average of the professional identity of nurses in the geriatric ward was in the moderate level（3.15±0.62）.Among the five factors,the professional social support factor（3.48±0.63） scored the highest and the professional identity evaluation factor（2.78±0.79）scored the lowest.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the first degree,the attitudes of the family and the marital status entered the regression equations of the total scores of professional identity of nurses and the scores of various factors.Conclusion The professional identity of nurses in the geriatric ward in military hospital was in the moderate level.Strengthening education of nursing students in school and increasing the family support for the nursing work may enhance the professional identity of nurses.
