摘要
在诸多因素的作用下,无逮捕必要的适用范围被不当压缩,合理界定无逮捕必要的适用条件,建立逮捕必要性双向说明制度及向被害人说明无逮捕必要原因制度等,是实现无逮捕必要扩大适用的有效途径。
The range of appliance situation of unnecessary arrest was depressed for several factors.It is the efficient way to realize the extensive application by identifying application conditions and build up explains system to two sides and to victims.
