摘要
要建立符合刑事诉讼运行规律,促进未成年人检察制度的完善,就必须积极探索新检察工作机制,如实行分案起诉制度,在分案程序中实现对未成年人合法权益的动态保护;构建捕、诉、防一体化机制,形成对未成年人的挽救合力,最大限度教育和保护未成年人。
It is necessary to find new work mechanism for building up good criminal operation rules and improving juveniles＇ procuratorial system.the juveniles＇ legal rights will be protected in separate case procedure;the integrate mechanism include arrest,lawsuit and defendant will protect their at most.
