摘要
采用双沉淀剂分步沉淀法制备了CuO/CeO2催化剂,采用固定床管式反应器研究了富氢气氛下CuO/CeO2催化剂上CO选择性氧化反应的本征动力学;提出了幂函数型动力学方程;采用正交实验设计法及Matlab软件进行了动力学实验的参数估计,并进行了模型检验;研究结果表明,本文提出的动力学模型具有实用性,可用于反应器的模拟、放大、操作工况优化及开展催化剂工程设计。
The copper-cerium catalyst was prepared by fractional-precipitation method with double precipitation agents.The intrinsic dynamics of CO selective oxidation reaction over CuO/CeO2 catalyst under the rich hydrogen gas in fixed bed tubular reactor was studied. The power function of dynamic equation was proposed,dynamics parameter estimate and the model examination were carried out by means of orthogonal experimental design law and the Matlab software; the findings indicated that the dynamics model is moreusable,and can be used in reactor's simulation,enlargement,operation optimization and development catalyst engineering design.
