Chen Guangwei's Experience in the Treatment of Medium and Advanced Liver Cancer

陈光伟教授从事中西医结合肿瘤防治工作30余年,积累了丰富的临床经验,尤其对中晚期肝癌的治疗有独到之处,认为中晚期肝癌为肝瘀血聚,脾肾亏虚,正虚邪盛;治疗时应重视健脾益肾,养肝化瘀,扶正抗邪,体现"扶正抗癌"的法则并自拟扶正抗癌汤和扶正抗癌丸,以起到祛邪不伤正,扶正以祛邪的治疗效果。

Prof.Chen Guangwei has been devoted in the prevention and treatment of tumor with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for more than 30 years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience.He took a unique perspective for the treatment of medium and advanced liver cancer.He holds the opinion that medium and advanced cancer is caused by blood stagnation in liver,spleen and kidney deficiency,deficiency of body resistance and abundance of pathogenic factors.Therefore,the treatment should be emphasized to invigorating spleen and replenishing kidney,nourishing liver to remove stasis,strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,which show the rule of ＂strengthening the body resistance to resist cancer＂.Self-made anticancer decoction and pills were used to treat the liver cancer with the effects of eliminating pathogenic factors without injuring body resistance,and strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.
