中西医结合治疗右心室流出道早搏40例

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of 40 Cases of Right Ventricular Outflow Tract Premature Beat

目的探讨中西医结合治疗右心室流出道早搏的疗效。方法将70例右心室流出道早搏分为2组,中西医结合治疗组40例,对照组30例,两组均用维拉帕米治疗,比较总有效率。结果中西医结合治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率76.67%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗右心室流出道早搏效果好。

Objective To probe into the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of right ventricular outflow tract （RVOT） premature beat. Methods 70 cases of patients with RVOT premature beat were divided into 2 groups. 40 cases in the therapeutic group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medi- cine, and the other 30 cases were in the control group. Both groups were given Verapamil. The total effective rates were compared. Results The total effective rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 95%, and that of the control group was 76.67%. The difference had statistical significance （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a favorable effect in the treatment of RVOT premature beat.
