摘要
介绍了发动机高空模拟试验中发动机性能参数不确定度控制与改善的需要和需求背景,分析了空气流量等发动机性能参数不确定度的影响因素,重点探讨了进气压力、高空舱压力等主要因素对发动机性能参数不确定度的影响及其确定方法,并在此基础上提出了基于已有测试系统改善其参数测量不确定度的实用方法。
This paper introduces requirements and background of the uncertainty control and improvement for aero-engine performance parameters in simulated altitude tests. It also analyses affecting factors for air flow and the other performance parameter uncertainties. The major influence elements on the performance parameter uncertainty (such as inlet pressure and cell pressure) and its estimation methods are discussed. On the basis of above-mentioned discussion, some practical methods are put forward to im- prove the related combined uncertainty of test results.
