摘要 介绍了塑料Y形拔杆注射模实用结构,论述了模具结构特点和工作过程。该模具1模3腔,侧浇口进料,采用弹簧滑块侧抽芯机构,显著降低了模具成本。型腔采用组合结构,有利于型腔排气和棱角处充型。模具结构紧凑、工作可靠。 A practical injection mold structure of Y-shape pole was introduced,and a dissertation was made on the mold structure characteristics and operational principle.There were triple cavities and edge gate on the mold,and the mechanism of core-pulling by spring and slide guide was adopted,as well as the mold cost was reduced.The combination structure used by cavities enhanced the gas release and sufficient shaping in edges and corners.This mold is compact in structure and reliable in operation.
