A practical injection mold structure of Y-shape pole was introduced,and a dissertation was made on the mold structure characteristics and operational principle.There were triple cavities and edge gate on the mold,and the mechanism of core-pulling by spring and slide guide was adopted,as well as the mold cost was reduced.The combination structure used by cavities enhanced the gas release and sufficient shaping in edges and corners.This mold is compact in structure and reliable in operation.
