戈壁滩驻训官兵睡眠状况及其影响因素相关分析

A correlation analysis of sleep status and influencing factor of officers and soldiers encamping training in the Gobi Desert

目的探讨戈壁滩驻训官兵睡眠状况及其影响因素，为改善官兵睡眠质量提供科学依据。方法将264名戈壁滩驻训官兵设为研究组，随机抽取驻地健康官兵66名设为对照组，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评定两组官兵睡眠状况；自拟一般情况调查表对研究组进行调查。结果研究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数≥7分者71名，不良睡眠发生率26．9％。两组官兵匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表总分及睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍和日间功能障碍因子得分差异均有显著性（P〈0.01），而催眠药物、睡眠时间和睡眠效率因子得分差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。戈壁滩驻训官兵睡眠质量与变应性鼻炎、呼吸不畅、咽喉疼痛、咳嗽、心理卫生知识缺乏等呈显著正相关（P〈0.05或0．01）。结论戈壁滩驻训官兵睡眠状况较差，应采取有效的干预措施提高其睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the sleep status and influencing factor of officers and soldiers encamping training in the Gobi Desert in order to provide scientific basis for improving their sleep quality. Methods 264 officers and soldiers encamping training in the Gobi Desert were assigned to research group and randomly selected 66 healthy station ones to control group, their sleep status of both groups were assessed with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）; investigations were carried out with Self-made General Condition Questionnaire （SGCQ） in the research group. Results Seventy one cases in the research group scored ≥7,the incidence rate of unhealthy sleep was 26.9%. There were significant differences in the total, sleep quality, time for falling asleep, sleep disororders and daytime dysfunction score between two groups （P〈0.01）, but no in hypnotic drug, sleep time and sleep efficiency （P〉0.05）. Their sleep qualities were significantly positively related to allergic rhinitis, poor breath, sore throat, cough, lack of mental health information and so on （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion The sleep status of the Officers and soldiers encamping training in the Gobi Desert is poor, effective intervention should be taken to improve their sleep quality.
