On the Construction of the Socialist political-regime Civilization

政治文明从其内容上看是一个三维结构,由政治意识文明、政治制度文明、政治行为文明三个相互依存的部分组成。其中,政治制度文明是社会主义政治文明的核心和实体形态,代表着社会主义政治文明的发展程度,是社会政治进步发展的标志,论文就如何从基本的政治制度、具体的政治体制改革和法律制度的建设和完善这三方面去促进社会主义政治制度文明。

Political civilization content can be divided into three sections ,which are political-ideology civilization, political-regime civilization and political-behavior civilization. Among the three parts, political-regime civilization is the core and entity of the Socialist political civilization. It represents the degree of development of the Socialist polit- ical civilization and the symbol of the Political progress of the society. The paper intends to probe into the ways to cultivate the socialist political-regime civilization from three aspects：the basic political system, the concrete reform of political system, the construction and perfection of the legal system.
