摘要
分析了传统图书馆的发展及服务现状,从服务理念、服务方式、服务手段和服务空间等方面探讨了全方位服务模式的构建,指出了图书馆的人才引进、完善知识结构、选择性吸收国外经验、加强服务宣传等方面应注意的问题。
The development of traditional libraries and their current service were analyzed. The construction of an all-directional service model was discussed in terms of service idea, service methods, service tools, and serv- ice space. The author pointed out that importance should be attached to bringing in library talents, perfecting knowledge structure, selectively absorbing foreign experiences, and giving publicity of service.
