高职教育经管类人才培养方案重构思路探析

Study on the Re-design of Talent Cultivating Plan of Economics and Management in Higher Vocational Education

为了探索高职院校经管类专业教育实现"以就业为导向"、"以能力为本位"、"校企合作、工学结合"教学转型路径,本文依据高职经管类专业教育的内在特点和要求,通过对人才培养方案设计思路和关键构成要素的探讨,重构了高职教育经管类专业人才培养方案,创新性地提出了体现"以人为本"教育理念的"平台+模块"的人才培养模式以及践行"工学结合"高职教育途径的"三、三、三"经管类专业课程开发模式。

To explore the path to realize 'employment-oriented,competence-based,the cooperation between the college and enterprises,the combination of work and study' in Economics and Management study in Higher Vocational Education(HVC),this paper discusses the design ideas and key elements in Talent Cultivating Plan and re-design the Talent Cultivating Plan based on the characteristics and requirements of Economics and Management study in HVC.It's the first time for papers to put forward the Talent-Cultivating Mode of the Credit System under 'Platforms + Modules' which put the people-oriented philosophy into practice,and '3,3,3'curricular development mode of economics and management provides the feasible way to combine work and study.
