随着疾病模式的改变,脑卒中已经成为严重危害中老年人生命健康、制约经济发展的一种高发疾病,国内外对此开展了广泛的研究。本文作者归纳出了目前较为先进和常用的脑卒中经济负担的测算方法,同时分析了影响脑卒中经济负担的因素,旨在对疾病进行分析评价的同时也为各地行政部门制定行政决策提供依据。

With transition of disease mode,stroke has become a frequently-occurring disease that gravely undermines health of the elderly and hinders economic development. Extensive researches have been undertaken both at home and abroad. The paper summarized commonly used assessment methods on economic burden of stroke and analyzed the factors influencing the economic burden of stroke so as to provide a basis for administrative decisions by departments concerned at various levels.
