Logistic regression analysis on diseases and syndromes of heart in TCM

目的:基于统计数据总结中医心病证的临床规律。方法:选择历代中医医家的医案,建立医案数据库,采用非条件Logistic多元逐步回归法筛选变量。结果:筛选出中医心病临床证型,心病及各证型的病因或病理结果、症状、临床用药的Logistic回归分析结果,并定量表达了这些病因或病理结果、症状、用药的重要性大小。结论:总结中医心病证的发病规律(包括临床证型、病因或病理结果),症状诊断和临床用药规律。

Objective： Summarizing clinical regularities of diseases and syndromes of heart in TCM according to the statistics data.Methods： Selecting the clinical cases of the famous doctors in the archaic and modern history of TCM,a clinical cases database of TCM was founded,non-conditional Logistic multivariate regression was employed to screen variables stepwisely,P0.05.Results： Obtaining data of the common clinical syndromes of heart diseases,pathogeneses or pathological results,symptoms and Chinese medicinal herbs of heart diseases and syndromes,and the importance of the pathogeneses or pathological results,symptoms,Chinese medicinal herbs were demonstrated quantitatively.Conclusion： According to the statistical results,attacking regularities（including the clinical syndromes and pathogeneses or pathological results）,symptoms diagnosis regularities,and Chinese medicinal herbs of heart diseases and syndromes were summarized.
