解郁醒脾方治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症临床观察

Clinical treatment research of Jieyu Xingpi side to depression of the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome

目的:探讨解郁醒脾方对肝郁脾虚型抑郁症的临床治疗效果。方法:将60例抑郁症肝郁脾虚型患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组30例,分别给予解郁醒脾方及氟西汀治疗,用药疗程均为6周。在治疗前和治疗后,对两组的汉密顿(HAMD)量表评分和中医证候疗效进行对比观察。结果:治疗前两组的HAMD量表总评分经t检验,无明显统计差异;两组治疗前后组内比较其P值均小于0.05;两组治疗后比较P=0.434>0.05,无明显的统计学差异。中医症状总体疗效为:治疗组与对照组总体疗效经Ridit检验,U=0.608,P=0.543>0.05,两组无明显统计学差异。结论:解郁醒脾方对肝郁脾虚型抑郁症有很好的临床疗效。

Objective： To investigate the Jieyu Xingpi side of the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome of clinical treatment of depression.Methods： 60 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 30 patients were treated with Jieyu Xingpi Fang,fluoxetine treatment,drug treatment lasted 6 weeks.Before treatment and after treatment,both groups of Hamilton（HAMD） scale score and TCM syndromes were observed.Results： Before treatment,the HAMD total score scale by t test,P0.05,no significant statistical difference;two groups were compared before and after treatment group P0.05;the two groups after treatment P=0.4340.05,no significant statistical difference.The overall effect of Chinese medicine for the symptoms;the treatment group and the overall effect of the control group after Ridit test,U=0.608 P=0.5430.05 no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion： Jieyu Xingpi side of the stagnation and spleen deficiency type of clinical depression had a good effect.
