冠心病不稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证与血清理化指标间相关性研究

Correlation study between unstable angina with syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency and physical and chemical indicators of serum

目的:文章对125例UAP患者进行中医证候调查,对其理化指标进行统计分析,旨在探讨UAP气虚血瘀证候与理化指标间的相关性。方法:采用横断面调查方法,信息采集以面访方式进行,并收集理化指标。结果:①Spearman相关性结果显示:UAP气虚血瘀证与外周血红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、直接胆红素(DBIL)等相关;②Logistic回归结果显示:UAP气虚血瘀证影响因素依次为胆红素、红细胞计数(RBC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞压积(HCT)等;③神经网络结果显示:UAP气虚血瘀证相关性依次为平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、红细胞压积(HCT)、间接胆红素(IBIL)等。结论:UAP气虚血瘀证与胆红素水平、外周血红细胞计数及相关参数相关。

Objective： In this paper,125 cases of TCM in patients with UAP investigation,physical and chemical indicators of their statistical analysis to investigate the UAP Qi Deficiency Syndromes and the correlation between physical and chemical indicators.Methods： A cross-sectional survey method,the information collected by way of interviews and collection of physical and chemical indicators.Results： ① Sperman relevant results： UAP with Qi and blood red blood cell（RBC）,mean corpuscular volume（MCV）,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration（MCHC）,direct bilirubin（DBIL） and other related;② Logistic regression The results showed that： UAP with Qi factors were bilirubin,red blood cell count（RBC）,mean corpuscular hemoglobin（MCH）,hematocrit（HCT）,et al;③ neural network showed that： UAP associated with Qi of the order of mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration（MCHC）,high density lipoprotein（HDL）,hematocrit（HCT）,indirect bilirubin（IBIL） and so on.Conclusion： UAP with qi and bilirubin levels,red blood cell count and peripheral blood parameters related.
