摘要
芦笋是一种质地优良、营养丰富的保健型食药兼用名贵蔬菜,介绍芦笋中含有的多种化学成分和活性成分,并着重对芦笋的抗癌、提高免疫力、降血脂、抗衰老等药理作用进行综述。
Some chemical components and activated components in Asparagus officinalis are introduced. Their medical effects, such as the function of anti-tumour, immunization, blood fat reduction, and fighting against senium and so on are reviewed.
