本文综述了在真核生物中应用较为广泛且较为有效的基因打靶策略，并且比较了这几种策略的优缺点，对新近发展起来的组织特异性基因打靶和可诱导的基因打靶策略也作了介绍．基因打靶在人类遗传病动物模型的构建。

The widely used and effective strategies of gene targeting in eukaryote were reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of these strategies were commented. Moreover, the recently developed strategies of tissue specific gene targeting and inducible gene targeting were introduced. Gene targeting plays important role in the construction of animal models with human hereditary diseases, gene therapy and gene function researches.
