摘要
通过干扰试验探讨土霉素注射液对细菌内毒素试验的干扰情况和干扰性质,采用凝胶鲎试验对样品中的细菌内毒素进行检测。土霉素注射液在使用λ值为0.25EU.mL-1的鲎试剂时,其最大无干扰浓度为0.625 mg.mL-1,最小无干扰稀释倍数为320倍。所建立方法检查土霉素注射液的细菌内毒素可行。
The interference condition and interference property of oxytetracycline injection to bacterial endotoxin test was investigated through interference test.The bacterial endotoxin in the sample was tested through gel limulus test.When λ value was 0.25EU/mL limulus reagent,the maximum non-interference concentration of oxytetracycline injection was 0.625 mg/mL;the minimum non-interference dilution multiple of oxytetracycline injection was 320 times.
