摘要
针对产品设计快速化、模块化、知识化的发展趋势和参数化、重复性等主要特征,提出知识嵌入的概念,建立支持过程、任务流转和参数传递的设计过程模型。其中,改进的设计过程定义元模型在工作流过程定义元模型的基础上,通过引入知识流引擎和知识单元模型,建立知识嵌入的控制机制。原型系统的实现验证了该方法可以有效地管理产品设计过程,实现各类设计知识在任务执行过程中的自动嵌入。
Product design shows the trend of high speed, modularization, knowledge coverage and characteristics of parametric and repeatability. In order to respond to these changes, concept of knowledge embedding is presented, and design process model is constructed to support the transfer of processes, tasks and parameters. Based on workflow process definition meta-model, an improved design process definition meta-model is established with introduction of knowledge-flow engine and knowledge unit model, and the corresponding knowledge embedding control mechanism is founded. A prototype implementation of design process management verifies that this method can effectively manage product design process, and realize knowledge embedding in phases of task execution.
