摘要
研究了从阿奇霉素生产废渣中回收对甲苯磺酰氯的方法,探讨了重结晶溶剂种类、碱洗液种类和浓度以及吸附剂对回收效果的影响。结果表明,用10%氢氧化钠碱洗,活性炭脱色,石油醚重结晶,活性炭和硅胶(质量比为9∶1)吸附不溶性杂质,冷却析晶,乙酸乙酯和石油醚循环套用,得到白色对甲苯磺酰氯,纯度通过高效液相色谱检测达到99%。
The method for extracting p-toluenesulfonyl chloride from dregs generated in azithromycin production was studied. The effects of solvent, alkali and absorbent were discussed. The results indicate that the 10 % sodium hydroxide solution to neutralize the free acid, absorb with active carbon, recrystallization with petroleum ether, the yield of p-toluenesulfonyl Chloride was 65.5 %. The purity of TsCl was as high as 99 % according to the determination by HPLC.
