Organic Chemistry experiment is an important and indispensable part in Organic Chemistry teaching. The matter of the distillation from the traditional water vapor distillation had improved. Compared with traditional water vapor distillation experiments, the experiment can avoid the use of toxic and hazardous substances, reduce environmental pollution, save energy, operate easily, and has a strong interest and practical value. This will foster environmental awareness among students, and also the implementation of green chemistry experiments.
