摘要 开发了新型生物氧化反应器并阐述了该反应器的工作原理及特点。研究了生物氧化反应器在炼油含酚废水、炼油碱渣及污水回用方面的应用。研究结果表明:在适宜的工艺条件下处理炼油含酚废水可使挥发酚的去除率>90%,COD的去除率>60%,出水酚浓度<20 mg/L,COD<200 mg/L;在处理炼油碱渣时采用二段生物氧化反应器可使COD、硫化物、石油类和酚类污染物的去除率分别达到75.3%、98.9%、92.3%和85.0%;在污水回用系统中,当进水指标符合GB8978-1996污水综合排放标准一级标准时,经生物氧化反应器处理后,出水指标可达到COD≤55 mg/L,Oil≤2 mg/L,NH3-N≤5 mg/L,悬浮物(SS)≤6 mg/L,为后续处理单元提供了稳定合格的进水,实现环境效益与经济效益的"双赢"。新型生物氧化反应器是一种高负荷、高效率、投资省、运行费用低且应用广的石化废水处理设备,具有广阔的工业应用前景。 A novel biological oxidation reactor (BOR) was development and the principle and characteristic was expounded. Study of the BOR applied on treatment of phenol-containing wastewater and alkaline sewage and wastewater recycle. The result showed that the degradation of volatile phenol and COD can be accomplished 90 %, 60 %; the average removal percentages of COD, sulfide, oil pollutants and volatile phenol were 75.3 %, 98.9 %, 92.3 % and 85.0 % by using the novel two stage BOR~ when the inflowing concentrations of BOR was reachable to class I of the national standard of integrated wastewater discharge(GB8978-1996), the effluent water treated by the BOR would contain COD, oil, NH3-N and Suspension solid are respectively less than 55 mg/L, 2 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 6 mg/L, which meets the influent requirement of follow-up treating equipment unit. Then realizing the two parties win in both economic effect and environment effect. The BOR was a kind of high loading rate, high treatment efficiency, economize on investment, low cost treatment process and application extensively. The prospects of the BOR are brightening.
