摘要
从活性污泥中筛选得到一株生物絮凝剂产生菌,该菌能够利用玉米淀粉废水作为培养基生产生物絮凝剂,所产絮凝剂命名为F-12。将F-12用于染料废水脱色,研究了F-12加入量、助凝剂、pH、搅拌时间及静置时间等条件对脱色效果的影响。试验结果表明,F-12对染料废水有良好的处理效果,最优脱色条件为:1 L废水中加入0.2 mL F-12和0.2 g CaCl2、体系pH 6.0,200 r/min搅拌1 min,60 r/min搅拌3 min,静置10 min。在此条件下,F-12对氧化铁红废水的脱色率达到95.02%。
A new type of flocculant-producing bacteria was isolated from activated sludge could grow in cornstarch wastewater and produce microbial floeculant, the product was named F-12. The decolorizing conditions such as F-12 dosage, coagulant aid, pH value, stirring time and standing time were discussed. The results showed that F-12 had high efficiency in treating dyeing wastewater, and the optimum conditions were: 0.2 mL F- 12 and 0.2 g/L CaCl2 in 1 L dyeing wastewater, pH 6.0, stirring at 200 r/min for 1 min and 60 r/min for 3 min, standing for 10 min. The deeolorizing rate could reach 95.02 % at the optimal decolorizing condition.
