摘要
文章对燕山石化酮苯装置能耗现状及能耗偏高的原因进行了分析,介绍了酮苯装置更换冷冻系统氨压缩机、机泵增上变频控制等一系列节能改造措施。装置节能改造取得了良好的效果,综合能耗由改造前的85.52 kg EO/t下降至75.53 kg EO/t。
According to high energy consumption of unit separating wax from oil by toluene-ketone of Yanshan. A series of measures, such as replacing refrigerator compressor, appling converter technique etc., were carried out. The results showed that the measures were successful, the total energy conservation were dropped to 75.53 kg EO/t from 85.52 kg EO/t.
