摘要 文章综述了聚谷氨酸的合成方法和应用研究进展,对化学合成法、提取法、酶转化法和微生物发酵法等合成方法作了评述,介绍了聚谷氨酸在医药工业、化妆品、食品工业等方面的应用,并对聚谷氨酸今后的发展做了展望。 The synthetic methods and the advance of application of poly-y-glutamic acid were discussed in detail in this paper. The synthetic methods such as chemical synthesis, extraction method, the method of enzyme conversion and microbial fermentation technology so on were reviewed. The application of poly-y -glutamic acid in pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics, in food industry and etc were introduced. The development henceforth of poly-y-glutamic acid was described.
