摘要
研究发现在酶和细胞催化的生物反应过程中,较低强度的超声作用可提高酶的催化活性或加速细胞的代谢过程。本文主要简述超声波作用的物理机制并对其在生物工程中的应用前景进行讨论。
Application of ultrasound to biotechnology is relatively new. it was found that low intensity ultrasonic waves can increase activity of enzymes and modify metabolism of cells. This review discussed the physical efects of ulrasound on biotechnological processess and several application of ultrasound to biotechnology.
