摘要
根据材料拉伸试验对加热炉的控制要求,本文设计了一种PID控制与模糊控制相结合的智能恒温控制系统.系统的核心控制单元采用具有模糊指令的MC9S12DG128单片机,通过在线模糊推理来实时调整PID的控制权重,实现温控系统的分段控制.实践表明,该系统具有较好的控制性能.
Based on the requirement of the material tensile test,the paper designs an intelligent thermostatically controlling system with PID control and Fuzzy control.The system applies MC9S12DG128 as its key part.It can realize segment control by automatically tuning the weight of PID through the fuzzy algorithm.The result shows that the system has perfect dynamic performance.
