物理疗法结合推拿治疗颈肩综合征30例临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察物理疗法结合推拿治疗颈肩综合征的效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予超短波、中频和推拿按摩治疗,对照组仅给予超短波和中频治疗。2个疗程之后比较2组疗效差别。结果:治疗组有效率96.7%,明显优于对照组的83.3%。结论:物理因子结合推拿治疗颈肩综合征能够取得更加明显的疗效,简单易操作,适合临床广泛使用。 Objective:To observe the effect of physical therapy and massage in treatment of neck-shoulder pain syndrome.Methods:60 cases subjected to operation were divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group had been given ultra-short wave and intermediate frequency and massage.The control group had been given ultra-short wave and intermediate frequency.Observed the effect after two course of treatment.Results:The results showed that the treatment group(The total effective rate 96.7%) had more effective pain relief than those in the control group(The total effective rate 83.3%).Conclusion:Physical therapy with massage is effective in neck-shoulder pain syndrome.
