摘要
目的:探讨B超对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析450例临床拟诊急性阑尾炎患者的超声、手术及病理资料。结果:B超诊断急性阑尾炎符合率90%以上,炎症较轻的急性单纯性阑尾炎的诊断符合率为85.7%,化脓性、坏疽性阑尾炎及阑尾周围脓肿的符合率达93%以上。结论:B超对急性阑尾炎检出率较高,具有方便、快捷、无创、可反复检查等优点,并具有重要的鉴别诊断意义。
Objective：To explore the diagnostic accuracy and its value of B-mode ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods：The ultrasonic,operative and pathological data of 450 cases of clinically uncertain acute appendicitis were analyzed in this paper.Results：The results showed that the specificity and positive diagnostic value of ultrasonic diagnosis in acute appendicitis were high,and ultrasonic were more sensitive to suppurative and gangrenous appendicitis.Conclusion：B-mode ultrasound have high coincident rate in diagnosis of acute appendicitis.And have many advantages such as simple,fast performance,without wound and repeated performance.And have an important significance in differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
