摘要
目的:通过护士在患者整个住院过程中的一系列教育工作,使患者了解有关自己所患疾病的相关知识和康复保健知识,从而能很好地遵从医疗、护理工作。方法:将314例2型糖尿病(DM)患者随机分为2组,试验组采用积极、主动的健康教育,对照组采用单纯药物治疗和被动健康指导。对2组患者进行疗效对比观察。结果:试验组能很好遵从医疗和护理(P<0.01),治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),且缩短了住院时间,减少了住院费用。结论:健康教育对糖尿病患者的遵医行为有积极作用。
Objective:To nurse inpatients through the whole process of a series of education work,to make the patient know about their diseases and rehabilitation,health care knowledges.To be well Behavior on Medicine and nursing work.Methods:314 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) were randomly divided into two groups.initiative health education group,and pure drug therapy or passive health guidance group.The two groups were observed curative effect.Results:Health education group followed medicine and nursing very well(P0.01),the treatment effect in treatment group were more than in control group(P0.05),and shortenned the length of time,reduced the charge of inpatients,improved the quality of life.Conclusion:Health education of diabetic patients plays an active role in Behavior on Medicine.
