安全型静脉留置针在急救中的应用

Safety Intravenous Catheter in the Emergency Rescue

目的探讨安全静脉留置针的操作方法及在抢救中的应用优点。方法对1000例危重患者进行恰当型号的安全型静脉留置针穿刺,观察效果。结果为危重患者抢救赢得了时间,检查和转动患者过程中漏针的风险为零,护理人员针刺伤发生率为零。结论安全静脉留置针有利于急诊危重患者的抢救和降低急诊护士针刺伤的发生率,被急诊护理人员所接受,可在临床护理中广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the operation methods of safety intravenous catheter and its application advantages in rescuing patients. Methods 1000 critically ill patients used appropriate models of safety intravenous catheter, and the effects were observed. Results Using of safety intravenous catheter won time to save critically ill patients, the risk of needle drop in checking and turning patients and incidence of needle stick injuries was zero. Conclusion Safety intravenous catheter in critically ill patients is beneficial to emergency rescue and reduces the incidence of needle stick injuries. It is accepted by the emergency nurses in clinical care and can be widely used.
