摘要
通过高效液相色谱法和国标法2种方法测定了果蔬中的维生素C,通过精密度、准确度、回收率等方法对比结果表明:液相色谱法是一种高效、快速、准确、高灵敏度的分离分析方法。
In this paper,high performance liquid chromatography and national standard method were used to determine VC in fruits and vegetables.Through the precision,accuracy,recovery methods,etc.,such as comparative results showed that liquid chromatography was an efficient,fast,accurate and high sensitivity separation analysis method.
