高粱淀粉遗传初探

摘要 选用4个不育系和15个恢复系的高淀粉高粱进行杂交配制,得到了37份F1代,对双亲和F1种子的淀粉含量进行了测定和分析;结果表明有17份F1淀粉含量介于双亲之间,有17份F1淀粉含量低于双亲,有3份F1的淀粉含量高于双亲。对F1的总淀粉含量进行了杂种优势分析,超高亲优势34份为负值,3份为正值;超低亲优势18份为负值,19份为正值;超中亲优势28份为负值,9份为正值;杂种优势在93%~101%。说明高淀粉高粱的淀粉的遗传在F1代杂种优势很强。 Choosing 4 maintainer lines and 15 restorer of high sorghum starch for hybrid configuration and got 37 F1.Starch content of parents and F1 seed were studied and analyzed.Results showed that 17 copies of F1 starch content were between parents,17 copies of F1 starch content were below parents,3 copies of F1 starch content were higher than parents.The heterosis analysis for starch content of F1 showed the advantages of over high-parent were 34 negative,3 copies were positive;heterosis less lower-parent advantage of negative,18 copies were negative,19 copies were positive;over mid-parent in 28 copies were negative,9 copies were positive.Heterosis were between 93% and 101%.That high starch sorghum starch genetic in the F1 heterosis is very strong.
